When you need greater valuation diligence and your borrower is willing to assist with the process, ExpertValue with a Direct PCR is a good option. With Direct PCR, your borrower downloads an app that guides them to take pictures and answer key questions. Once the Direct PCR has been completed, our analysts are alerted to complete the evaluation right away.
When you need extensive valuation diligence, ExpertValue with Interior PCR fits the bill. The interior PCR is performed by one of our agents who performs a comprehensive inspection including photos and detailed descriptions of the interior and exterior of the subject property. The extra details enable our analysts to produce evaluations with a higher level of valuation accuracy.
